L’ami sage and Les cinq: Showcasing the terroir for our single vineyard wines. The wines show hallmark elegance along with intensity of fine savoury earthy flavours. There’s a perfume of roses and layers of spice as part of the complex character.

The Les cinq wine reflects perfume and elegance, yet paradoxically exhibiting both subtlety and power. The fine, abundant tannin structure builds on the palate and as with the L’ami sage, there is a generosity together with a long complex and balanced fresh finish.
